The mozzarella cheese we use is 100% lactose free and that way suits everyone. If dairy-products doesn’t suit you, we recommend changing the mozzarella cheese to vegan cheese or beetroot, that brings some moisture to the pizza. Our staff is happy to help you with any changes.
Our pizza bases don’t contain any animal, dairy or egg products. You can build a pizza that suits your diet with the help from our staff.
We know that compromises have to be made to take care of yourself, but some enjoyment now and then doesn’t hurt anyone. Pizza is also suitable in a healthy diet and with different toppings you can make a lighter version of your pizza. GLUTEN FREE PIZZA BASE
You can also choose a pizza crust made entirely of gluten-free ingredients. However, we make all our pizzas in premises where wheat flour is also handled, and therefore there is a chance of cross-contamination. Our gluten-free pizza crusts are always baked on clean baking paper in the pizza oven, which keeps them separate from other flour types. As toppings, we use the same ingredients as in our other pizzas.
